• Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Faulty, damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
